Outbid Engine (www.newoutbid.lol and staging) is a pay-to-rank developer directory. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Bids and ranking

Listings are ranked by paid bid totals. Outbidding another listing is a voluntary payment, not a guaranteed marketing result. Rank can change as soon as another bid is confirmed.

Payments

Checkout and billing are handled by Polar.sh as merchant of record. Polar’s terms and invoices apply to those charges. Refunds, taxes, and chargebacks are processed under Polar’s policies unless Polar or applicable law requires otherwise.

Listings

You must have the right to list the product, brand, or handle you submit. We may remove listings that are illegal, misleading, or abusive.

Accounts

Sign-in uses third-party OAuth (Google, GitHub, GitLab). You are responsible for that account. Staging is for testing; production charges real money.

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost rank, lost business, or payment-provider downtime beyond what the law requires.
